RYCON Constructions was founded in Brisbane in 2003 and has since become one of the leading building specialists in Queensland. Starting out as a small, privately owned company, RYCON Constructions has been growing at a rapid pace for over ten years. We work with up to 40 subcontractors and 10 full-time employed staff that can handle a high workload while remaining professional and dedicated to each project at hand.
Our company is led by our experienced founder and Director, Gerard Ryan. As a result of over 20 years’ experience in the building industry, Gerard has the extensive knowledge and leadership skills which are necessary in order to maintain RYCON Constructions’ high standard of work.

SUSTAINABILITY IN BUILDING
Sustainability has become a key focus for all our builds, and as our commercial builds have a larger footprint, sustainability is a critical aspect of our build consideration.
With sustainable building, we aim to have as minimal impact on our environment as possible, during our construction phase and once it is complete. Our goal is to be efficient with our energy and water methods using materials and landscaping that will be sustainable throughout the building’s lifespan.
Further look to recycle concrete where possible and we have a recycle steel bin on every job site.
